This report presents the results of the Timor-Leste UNFPA second country programme evaluation (CPE2) conducted during July and August 2012. The current Country Programme Action Plan (CPAP) is a five-year framework defining cooperation between the Government of Timor-Leste and UNFPA covering the period 2009 to 2013.
