A presente avaliação tem como objeto o 6º Programa de País (2017-2021) do Fundo de População das Nações Unidas (UNFPA) no Brasil. Trata-se de uma avaliação externa e independente encomendada pelo Escritório de País e que tem como propósitos: determinar em que medida os resultados do 6º Programa de País foram atingidos; identificar lições aprendidas; produzir evidências para a aprendizagem, o processo decisório e a transparência da operação do UNFPA no Brasil; e formular recomendações úteis e baseadas em evidências para o desenho do próximo Programa de País.

This report is an independent, external evaluation and presents the process, findings, conclusions and recommendations of UNFPA’s work in Syria under the 8th Country Programme Document (CPD) during the period 2016-2020. The purpose of the Country Programme Evaluation (CPE) was to assess the achievement of the intended programme results, providing credible information on the CP relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, sustainability, coordination, coverage and connectedness in order to support decision-making by the programme management and national counterparts for further programme improvement and strategic positioning over the new country program.
This Regional Programme Evaluation focuses on the Arab States Regional Intervention Action Plan 2018-2021. The purpose of the evaluation was to demonstrate accountability to stakeholders on the performance achieved; to support evidence-based decision-making; to contribute important lessons learned to the knowledge base of the organization; and, in turn, to provide independent inputs to the next Regional Interventions Action Plan and the strategic direction of the continued role for UNFPA ASRO support to the country offices in the region.
