The 2026 Humanitarian Action Overview presents UNFPA’s global appeal to protect and support women, girls, and young people in the world’s most fragile settings. It outlines UNFPA’s humanitarian priorities for 2026 and highlights key achievements and funding received in 2025. Aligned with the OCHA-led Global Humanitarian Overview, and framed within the Humanitarian Reset and the UN@80 agenda, the appeal emphasizes the need for more responsive, locally-led, and sustainable approaches to meeting the urgent needs of people affected by crises.

This Easy Read report is about a UNFPA study on how disability and violence are connected. The study looked at research and data about women with disabilities, violence and the power to make one's own choices about body and health. The study shows that the experiences of women and girls with disabilities are often invisible and explains why they must be included, supported, and empowered to live free from violence and to make their own choices.

The 2024 Orange Book of Results features more than 600 immediate results achieved by UNFPA at the country level in implementing the country programmes in 2024. These results were achieved in close collaboration with governments and other partners including civil society organizations. The publication reflects the accountability of UNFPA for achieving results and can be used as a learning tool.
