In 2024, UNFPA, in partnership with Australia’s eSafety Commissioner, hosted the Second Global Symposium on Technology-facilitated Gender-based Violence (TFGBV). It took place virtually across three days and sought to track progress and exchange promising best practice in addressing TFGBV. It also served as a platform for consultations regarding UNFPA’s Framework for TFGBV Programming, developed in partnership with Australia’s eSafety Commissioner and on behalf of the Global Partnership for Action Against Gender-based Online Harassment and Abuse.
