The UNFPA-UNICEF Global Programme to End Child Marriage has developed and field-tested a Gender-Transformative Accelerator (GTA) Tool to operationalize gender-transformative programming under Phase II (2020-23) of the Global Programme, the tool is aimed at facilitating interactive programmatic reflection, rapid assessment and action planning to end child marriage.
This facilitation guide provides the methodological guidance and considerations to rolling out the tool through participatory workshops both virtually or in person and has been field-tested in more than six countries across regions.
