The Editorial Associate will assist in the development, production and of print and digital editions of the UNFPA Annual Report and the flagship UNFPA State of World Population report, serve as secretariat to the inter-divisional UNFPA Publishing Group, administer contracts and budgets, support the development and maintenance of a photo library and serve as photo researcher and editor.

The Internal Communications Consultant position is located in the Media and Communications Branch (MCB) of the Division of Communications and Strategic Partnerships. The incumbent is responsible for initiating and managing internal communications work and channels, including the corporate intranet portal and the internal news magazine.

The consultant will lead and execute the Project Communications, Training and organization alignment activities throughout various phases of the programme implementation. S/he will develop communication strategies to build awareness and support across key internal and external stakeholders, articulating in a clear manner the programme’s scope, objectives and anticipated results. The consultant will also develop training strategies to support the preparation of the Agency in the use of the new solutions, as well as coordinate the preparation of all the training documentation and support materials/modalities.
