Learn moreThis post reports to the Deputy Director/Chief, Strategic Partner Branch in DHR with a dotted (administrative) reporting line to the Regional Director for the Asia-Pacific Regional Office, which is based in Bangkok, and administers staff and roles in the Asia-Pacific region and will require the incumbent to travel. The incumbent works in close collaboration with the Regional Director and other DHR entities to deliver effective HR and people related solutions.
The Human Resources Strategic Partner is a role within UNFPA’s innovative Leadership Pool initiative, and is accordingly rotational. During the course of their service with UNFPA, international rotational staff are expected to serve in a variety of locations.
