SERVICE CONTRACT - IT Support Officer, UNFPA Sub Office, Cox Bazar, Bangladesh, SB3

Organizational Setting

The IT Support Officer will be based in the Sub Office-Cox’s Bazar of UNFPA Bangladesh, to provide the IT support to the office for effective and efficient day to day IT related task IT troubleshooting.  He will work under the direct supervision of Operations Analyst-UNFPA Sub Office-CXB and the overall guidance of International Operations Manager, UNFPA Bangladesh.  

Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience

Education: 

• Bachelor degree in computer science and engineering or any other relevant field,

• Diploma in IT (from recognized Universities) will be an added value. 

Knowledge and Experience: 

• 5 years of relevant professional experience in the areas of IT with the experience of hardware trouble shooting, software installation, maintaining in a public or private sector.

• Previous experience in the UN an advantage.

• Proficiency in current office software applications.

• Fluency in oral and written both in English and Bangla.
