The Position:

The Administrative and Finance Assistant delivers quality administrative and financial services to internal and external clients mastering all relevant rules, guidelines, processes and procedures. This will take a client-oriented results-focused approach to interpreting the rules, procedures and guidelines, providing support and guidance to the Sub-office and UNFPA-supported projects.

This will report directly to the Head of Sub-Office in Cotabato City.

In a global organization, where many of our people are based in challenging environments, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of critical services relating to administrative and financial services to our Sub-Office’s operations while providing support to the Country Office and UNFPA supported projects. 

Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience

Education: 

Completed Secondary Level Education required. First level university degree desirable.

Knowledge and Experience:

Five years of relevant experience in administration, finance or office management.

Proficiency in current office software applications and corporate IT financial systems.

Initiative, sound judgment, strong interest in development work, especially the mission of the United Nations Population Fund and dedication to the principles of the United Nations are desirable.

Languages:

Fluency in written and oral English and national language.
