Evaluation of the second Iraq Country Programme (2016-2019)

In line with the UNFPA Evaluation Policy, the UNFPA Iraq Country Office (CO) commissioned an independent, external evaluation of its 2nd Country Programme (2016-2019), of which the main field mission took place between June and July 2019. This report presents the findings, conclusions and recommendations of the evaluation. The overall objectives of the Iraq country programme evaluation are to enhance the accountability of the UNFPA Iraq Country Office for the relevance and performance of its country programme and broaden the evidence base for the design of the next Country Programme cycle.
