The following document outlines the conceptual framework under which the Inter-Agency Task Team on Comprehensive Condom Programming (IATT/CCP) operates. It concludes with a 10-step approach to scale up comprehensive condom programming in individual countries.
IATT was created to enhance condom programming on behalf of the United Nations system and other partners. Also, to mobilize the members of the development community to support the goal of comprehensive condom programming in a coordinated and strategic manner, and assure that adequate levels of human, financial and technical resources are available on a sustainable basis to global and country stakeholders.
