Post Summary:
Under the supervision of the Technical Specialist (P-4), the position of the Technical Analyst (P-2) will be providing support for strengthening and maintenance of the Prequalification of Condoms and lUDs. The incumbent will provide professional technical, operational and administrative assistance to the WHO/UNFPA Prequalification of contraceptive devices.
Requirements:
Education: Advanced university degree in pharmacy, chemistry, medicine, engineering, public health, biology or a related field.
Knowledge and Experience:
· A minimum of two years of post-qualification experience in medical devices control laboratory or experience of quality national or international level.
· Sound knowledge of the quality control of medicines and/or medical devices and of quality control laboratories.
· Good general knowledge of regulatory work in the area of quality in the pharmaceutical or medical devices industry and/or regulatory agency.
· Fluency in English is required.
