The purpose of the Country Programme Evaluation is to demonstrate accountability to stakeholders on performance achieved; to support evidence-based decision-making; to contribute, important lessons learned to the knowledge base of the organization; and, in turn, to provide independent inputs to the next UNFPA country programme cycle and the strategic direction of the continued role for UNFPA support to the Government of Bangladesh.
