The evaluation was conducted for the United Nations Population Fund’s (UNFPA) Sub-Regional Office for the Caribbean. The purpose of the evaluation is to demonstrate accountability to stakeholders on performance in achieving development results and on invested resources, generating learning, supporting evidence-based decision making, and contributing important lessons learned on how to further improve programming in the Caribbean.
