This report presents the results of the final evaluation of the UNFPA 2nd country programme of cooperation with the Government of Moldova, covering the period 2013-2017. The objectives of the evaluation are: (1) to provide an independent assessment of the progress towards expected outputs and outcomes set forth in the results framework; (2) to assess the relevance, effectiveness, efficiency and sustainability of the approaches adopted; and, (3) to provide an assessment of the UNFPA Moldova Country Office positioning in view of its ability to respond to national needs.
