The Country Programme Evaluation had three main purposes: (i) Demonstrate accountability to stakeholders on performance in achieving development results and on invested resources; (ii) Support evidence-based decision-making; and (iii) Contribute important lessons learned to the formulation of the 4th Country Programme in Timor-Leste.
