This evaluation seeks to provide an independent assessment of the progress of the country programme towards the expected outputs and outcomes set forth in the results framework. It also provides an assessment of positioning of the country office within the development community and national partners, in view of its ability to respond to national priority needs while adding value to the national development results. It draws key lessons from the past and current cooperation and provide a set of clear, specific and action-oriented forward-looking strategic recommendations in light of Agenda 2030 for the next programming cycle.
