The purpose of this Country Programme Evaluation is to conduct an independent assessment of relevance, performance and sustainability of UNFPA support provided to Kazakhstan during 2010-2018, as well as analysis of various facilitating and constraining factors influencing programme delivery. The overall objective of the evaluation is to assess the extent to which the country programmes achieved intended results and use the findings for the purposes of further programme design and interventions.
